Wrap a soft tape measure around the head, just
above the eyebrows and ears, making sure the tape measure is level from front
to back. Record measurement. Before ordering, refer out the sizing chart to
select the appropriate size (sizes vary between manufacturers).

The helmet should fit snugly (no spaces between
the foam and bike rider’s head), but not too tight. Slight sizing adjustments
can be made with the universal fit ring. The helmet should offer a clear field
of vision and not sit too high or low on the head (a good guide is one or two
finger widths above the bike rider’s eyebrows). The back of the helmet should
not touch the top of the neck. The chin strap should be centered under the chin
with no more than one or two fingers’ between the chin and the strap.

Never use a helmet that is cracked, broken, or missing any padding or parts. Clean the helmet with warm water and mild detergent. Never soak any part of the helmet, put it close to high heat, or use strong cleaners. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Do not let anyone sit or lean on the helmet. Always replace the helmet if it has been damaged or involved in a crash.
