1. All parts and labor for covered repairs (Please note: If Joy Ride Bike does not have the exact part needed for the repair, we will provide an equivalent part for repair)
2. Repairs by authorized Joy Ride Bike Technicians with genuine Joy Ride Bike replacement parts

Extended Warranty Does NOT Cover:

1. Deterioration of the appearance of the product
2. Any cosmetic part or finish defects such as paint, plastic, dents, scratches, chips, rust or peeling
3. Accidental damage from handling such as drops, spills, or tip-overs
4. Normal, everyday wear and tear
